Introducing FRESH Youth Wellbeing day workshops for Secondary Schoolstudents and "Telling Tales" programs for Primary School students. All programs engage youth and children experiencing difficult life circumstances, in personal development through theatre. FRESH Youth Theatre is specifically aimed at Secondary School aged young people throughout Victoria and aims to provide a forum for self expression and social engagement. The FRESH program acknowledges the needs of young people through utilising the supportive nature of creative arts in promoting resilience, empowerment, personal growth, positive self esteem and a sense of belonging. FRESH Youth Theatre started in 2001 with 3 young people and 2 enthusiastic, young, youth workers with a passion for drama and creative arts. For a decade, FRESH has produced 20 high quality performances and been witness to hundreds of young people's lives being changed.
